Pullman collaborated with top designers on the Bercy project, part of the brand’s Paris transformation. This included a new 120-seat restaurant and a soft refurbishment of the 396-room hotel.
Studio | dpsq led the design alongside owners, investors, and Accor, delivering ‘Vinoteca’ by Pullman—an innovative concept integrated into the restaurant. Key features include a striking timber ‘Vine,’ a 400-bottle glazed wine display, and a distinctive entrance under the new identity, L’ESPRIT DU EME.
The team also upgraded the guestrooms, balancing a fresh design aesthetic with budget considerations. Upholstered headboard walls, bold contemporary art, subtle lighting, and bespoke furniture elevate the guest experience.
The goal: to craft a unique, high-quality environment that enhances Pullman’s premium brand and location.
